I was 18 the first time I visited Provence and I fell in love with it immediately. I returned a couple of years later and spent a year there, often eating with friends in sunlit gardens and terraces, my palate blown away by all the fresh produce and new flavours. And, of course, the rosé! In my mind, I have combined all those wonderful tables set with wine glasses, silverware and white linen, and when I have a hankering for Provence, this is where I come to eat.
Oil on canvas paper, unframed. Painting is shipped rolled safely in a sturdy tube.
